It goes WAY past odd, Doug. I'll repost the evidence for you. If you wish, I 
can also post the replies from the abuse desk at Privat that clearly state 
that he has bee TOSsed from Privat at least twice for these very forgeries.

What must one do to be TOSsed from an anonymous NSP specifically designed to 
protect speech? I'm glad you asked...

In just the past few weeks Wertz has posted through Privat using the user 
names of Brooks, JA and PP, all well known local users. In one post he 
actually manages to forge 2 users at the same time. He's even admiited it, 
though he now now deinies it.

I'd say that's a pretty impressive record of forgery and provides rock solid 
net.kook credentials. Here's but a few of his recent forgeries, with the 
relevant, verifiable headers (identifying info of the innocent snipped>:
