I'm not 100% sure, but you might have to convert the video to Quicktime or
other compression software.  You can "export" the video to Quicktime with no
problems.  I had to digitze footage for a doctor and convert it to Quicktime
so he could present it in a PowerPoint presentation.  Before you convert,
make sure you have the current version of the software.  Also, make sure you
check the "cross platform" option when converting.  This will insure that
you will be able to bring it into the PC and Mac.  I hope the footage will
fit on a Zip or Jaz for you.  I haven't really played with the AVID and the
web, but this should get you started.
