World Wrestling Federation News & Rumors

Cactus Jack will have a speech as if he is saying
goodbye to the fans and
hangin' up the boots this Monday on RAW IS WAR but he
won't be retiring does
he mean retiring the Cactus Jack character?!? I don't
really know but I look
for Cactus Jack to take a HEEL turn fueding with his
good buddy Terry Funk.
Both these men are being replaced at House Shows by
Skull & 8 Ball. Cactus
will be out for an unknown amount of time probably just
taking some time off
and Terry Funk is taking off time to heal an injury
from Wrestlemania XIV that
they showed on RAW last week.

The Heartbreak Kid Shawn Michaels will be out of the
WWF for 6 - 9 months to
repair back injuries and the doctors are unsure if HBK
will be able to return
at 100% but it seems Michaels has been taken out of the
D - X video of the
entrance and been replaced by the New Age Outlaws.
Helmsly is set to get a
HUGE push this year and fued mostly this year with not
only Owen Hart but with
"Stone Cold" Steve Austin as well. Helsmly defenately
has the wrestling and
mic skills to become a big star in the wrestling
business. But it is unknown
what part Michaels will play in D - X as he returns I
hear he might return as
a face and fued with Triple H but maybe not off the bat
they might have him
in D - X, and then maybe have an angle with probably
Triple H turning on
Michaels or D - X breaking up all together.

Vic Venis will fued with the Artist Formerly Known As
Goldust and I hear that
Marlena maybe some way involved in this fued. Marlena
will most likely manage
Vic Venis as Venis will play kind of like a Ric Rude
character, well, sort of.
Val Venis aka Sean Moorely should get a decent push in
his WWF stay and they
plan on making Venis big within the next couple years.

The Severn/Shamrock fued will not happen anytime soon
and it seems there first
match may take place not until Wrestlemania XIV. So
look for Shamrock to stick
to his fued with the Nation of Domination. Faarooq
should take the IC Strap
from Miavia as Faarooq is slotted to get a BIG push
very shortly along with
guys like Triple H., Owen Hart and some others should
get decent pushes to
Main Event Status.

Ross reported on the Ross Report that 3 to 4 new
athelete's are expected to
sign with the WWF within the next 3 to 4 weeks. 2 new
guys recently signed
with the World Wrestling Federation by the names of
Sexton Hardcastle and
Christian Cage, both men are talented wrestlers and
will be appearing on the
Pennsyvannia Championship Wrestling on April the 17th
and might stay for
awhile to improve there skills a tad more. I don't
think Ross was speaking of
those two guys but he could be speaking of John Tenta
who has been talking to
WWF officials for a couple months and maybe a couple
Lightweights.

World Championship Wrestling News & Rumors

Sting injuried his hip at a House Show I believe about
less than a week back.
Sting is still competing but I hear it is noticeable
that Sting is in alot of
pain when competing in his matches. Look for the World
Title Match to be
scrapped as Savage is expected to be out from 6 to 8
weeks I hear. So dont
look for Sting to defend the gold at Spring Stampede.

Hall is expected to be out of action for atleast
another month due to being in
drug rehab. Hall checked in to a drug rehab and
beliveing in taking to many
pain killers. Hall will return to the Wolfpack as
shortly the Wolfpack will
fued with the nWo. Also the 3rd member of the Wolfpack
replacing Syxx will be
none other than Randy Savage.

Despite what you hear, Nash and Hall will not be
leaving WCW to head to Titan
even though both these guys want to. Both men have over
3 years on there
contract but closer to 4 years. Nash is set to get a
major push shortly and to
have a BIG fued with Hollywood Hulk Hogan. Bishoff has
big plans for Nash as
Bishoff stated that Nash is getting HIGHER ratings now
then he did when he was
the WWF Champion over in the WWF.

Guerrerro supposeable is injuried as well but is
unknown weither Eddie will
miss anytime or not but will mostly not take any time
off but I am not sure
about that. Eddie is expected to fued with his newphew
Chavo but might have
another member of the Guerrero family come in the older
brother of Eddie,
Mondo Guerrerro. It looks as if he will get the two
back in line but maybe as
heels.

Extreme Championship Wrestling News & Rumors

Don't be suprised if Van Dam or Sabu takes the Title
from Bam Bam Bigelow very
shortly as both Van Dam and Sabu are scheduled to go 1
on 1 for the ECW
Television Title. Most likely Van Dam will take the
Strap and defend against
Sabu but it is unknown right now.

** Current ECW Champions**
ECW World Champion: Shane Douglas
ECW TV Champion: Bam Bam Bigelow
ECW Tag Team Champions: Lance Storm and Chris Candito

WRESTLEMANIA 14 RESULTS!!!</A>

  THE WRESTLING SOAP BOX
                                                BY
HEROYMCA

Welcome to my little world as we know it, called
the SOAP BOX, where you
get a true opnion of what I feel and interviews with
the show stoppers that we
all watch each week, in the next few weeks you will be
reading interviews
conducted at MONDAY NIGHT NITRO, which was held in
Chicago at the United
Center. Before we talk about who or what I will be
discusing this week I would
like to thank MAT6625,
BRANDONC4,CYCLONEIHL,EXTREMEARENA,AND DOWNHEA, these
readers of the SOAPBOX, were kind enough to write to me
to fill me in on ECW
and there are great readers and fans that I am glad to
know, thanks again.
Now on to my SOAPBOX, you will probaly be reading
over the next few weeks
all about WRESTLEMANIA 14, and what happen and what
didnt happen, you dont
need me to tell you blow by blow what happen, but I
will tell you what
WRESTLEMANIA 14, did for the WWF. I was pleasently
suprised at the pay per
view, with watching over the last few months so-so or
bad payper views from
WWF and WCW, this one was going to make or break the
first few months of pay
per views. The over all card had a story line for each
match, and there was
hype for each wrestler. The WWF did not just pair
wrestlers together just
because, they had a jaw jacking hype that made you get
excited, like some
past pay per views, they just threw together mathces
that had no rhyme or
reason why there together. Over all even that the WWF
ony had 8 matches there
were good, or even great matches to watch. WRESTLEMANIA
14 not only had the
REBIRTH of LOD ( The Legion Of Doom) which they needed
somthing kick start
there carrers( sooory Hawk and Animal) but its true,
and might have a shot if
they win the belts, to be Pro Wrestling Illustrated Tag
Team of The Year. Also
we saw that descions can be reversed if you beat up a
ref, when Shamorck won
the belt, he snapped, and it refs, and Rocky and
recived the belt back. So
anthing can happen in the WWF. I saw that Sable got
probaly the biggest
ovation, next to the Undertaker, and Stone Cold of the
eveing when she TKO
Luna, By the way If I was Luna I would crawl undre a
rock for losing in such
a horible way, and making it seem she had no wrestling
ablity, her father a
former wrestler for the WWF and her husband is the
Vampire Warior, dont you
think somthing would rub off on her? I guess not. Also
probaly saw that even
if you lose to the Undertaker your carrer will still be
around, like Kane did,
you will see KANE around for a long time to come,
espacially when you can
tombstone Pete Rose and get away with it, I guess Pete
will do anything for
money, lol. I think one of the greatest entrances this
year has to be the
undertaker, you probally goose bumps wathcing that
entrance. last but not
least even when you back is hurt Shawn Michales is
still a show stopper and
puts up a good fight, and look for michales to come
back after his back heals
to be a added suprise to his fight and make sure DX
will be running the WWF,.
well The WWF might have make a good case at there event
as being back on top ,
as for as pay per views go, so my hat is off to the
WWF, except, for that
lousy and disgraceful national athem last night which I
would have loved to
stunn all the band members, last night lol, well there
you have it, till next
time and the interviews from the WCW nitro, take care
and PEACE OUTTTT!!!!!
