NEWS AND RUMOURS
***********
________________________________
"INFORMER REPORT" FOR April 12, 1998

*This Monday is set to be a huge Raw is War as most of you already
can imagine. I would say it is almost confirmed that the Pitbulls
are your mistery tag team to face the DOA in Philly. Based on
the strong rumours of the Pitbulls signing contracts with the WWF;
the reputation of the Pitbulls for wearing chains and the fact
that Raw is in ECW territory of Philly could lead to a strong
chance that the Pitbulls are you team. The Headhunters would
be the next likely team, followed by the Freebirds, Public Enemy (if
they are not under WCW contract, which I believe they are), and
Furnas and Lafond. All of my money is on the Pitbulls for Raw
is War.

*Then the WWF is going to bring out another hardcore legend to
team with Terry Funk. I fully expect his brother Dory Funk Jr.
to be that partner, however Abdullah is not a bad guess either.
Other less likely guests are Dusty Rhoades based on his rumoured
firing and the fact he would get huge ratings with a surprise jump,
Terry Gordy and even someone currently in ECW. My money for
Funk's partner is Dory Funk Jr.

*Don't expect Sid or Michaels to show tomorrow night. Sid has
agreed to be on And Justice For Brawl Tuesday during the Raw tapings.
Chances are if he signed with Titan and made an appearence on Raw
on Monday, he would be required to be at the tapings as well. Sid
is telling everyone he is going to Japan, so it looks like he and
Ahmed will be heading down there shortly. Sid and Ahmed are
currently involved in the NWA along with Marlena, King Mable,
the Pitbulls and several other wrestlers. Michaels told his
friends according to Phil Barton, that he would be out for about
a year. I find that hard to believe, but who knows. Michaels
should be back on camera in about three months, and back in the
ring in about a year.

*Raw is going to go all out by having a Dan Severn/Ken Shamrock
confrontation. It should be interesting to see how fast this
angle moves along. I don't expect the two to meet until the end
of the year at the earliest.

*What will happen on Nitro is a mystery. Ric Flair should be on
hand to do a shoot interview (unlikely), or to challenge Sting
for the title at Spring Stampede. Flair should also make public
his plans to reform the Horseman. The WCW is also pushing for Hall
to return, however he is still not ready to return as he is finishing
the final steps to his pain killer rehab. WCW does not want Nitro
viewers to tune into Raw expecting Hall to show up.

*There is a chance Hogan will not be on Nitro as he is scheduled to
be on Jay Leno (BadBoyTim). That episode/segment could have been
taped, however it is very possible Hogan will miss the show. Could
be a bad move for ratings.

*Tomorrrow should be a great night for wrestling as it is the first
week in over 80 weeks when we don't know who will win the ratings
war before it starts.

*To clear up any confusion, Mankind will be the mystery opponent
for Steve Austin at IYH. Mankind has been advertised on several
flyers and shows according to readers.

*April 20 WCW will air Nitro Plus on channel 101 with Direct TV.
The show is a PPV and will cost you about 5 dollars.

*John Tenta may be close to signing with the WWF, however at this
point no deal has been reached. There were talks of having Tenta
fued with Vader to get both men over.

*Miss Jackie should also be seen on WWF television very soon. Expect
her to join Miavia as his fued with Faarooq starts up. I also
wouldn't be surprised to see Faarooq get some help from either
Butch Reed (as hinted in the WWF Magazine) or someone else.

*The WWF cancelled their deal with DSF to show WWF television.
Go to iwrestling.com's newsboard right now to find out how you
can help Germany get their wrestling back.

*Sabu was suspended for a few dates as a result of his hotel room
being damaged.

*Don't expect the Nasty Boys to ever return. Saggs will never
be able to get in the ring again due to his injuries.

*Stevie Richards cleared up some rumours. YOu can read his post
at iwrestling.com

*Enjoy Raw or Nitro; Happy Easter:

AND JUSTICE FOR BRAWL: Hosted By: Diehard Derek Gordon

*********************************
Tuesday April 14, 1998

This week "And Justice For Brawl" will move to Tuesday as it
expands
to 90 minutes!!!! The show will have more features, more guests,
and higher quality then ever before. This week AJFB will have
the one and only Sycho Sid Eudy as a special guest on the show.
Is he coming to the WWF? Is he going to Japan? WCW? ECW? What
are his thoughts on Arn Anderson? Is he DX material? Why was
he really released? Sid should be able to answer all these
questions this week on And Justice For Brawl. Also stay tuned
for And Justice For Brawl as the Ultimate Warrior is likely going
to be a future guest on the show.

And Justice For Brawl is the only real audio/video show on the
internet meaning that people who have Real Audio 5.0 (which can
be downloaded free at www.real.com) can SEE the show as well as
listen to it. The show is top notch and has delivered such interviews
as Bill Goldberg, Bret Hart, King Kong Bundy, Chris Jericho, Phil
Mushnick and many more. Look for Sid, another Bret Hart interview
and possible Macho Man to be future guests of the show. Rob Van
Dam, Lanny Poffo, Diamond Dallas Page, Rey Mysterio Jr. and Raven
have all been guests of the show in the last few weeks.

And Justice for Brawl is the top Real Audio show on the internet
and has delivered guests like no others have before. I will also
return this week with my own little segment. Diehard Derek Gordon
is the host of the show and has recently done some work with WCW.
And Justice For Brawl has been promoted on WCWWRESTLING.COM and
has regular WCW guests as well as guests from other promotions.

If you missed the live show at 6pm Eastern Time; you can always
download the archieves.
