I think that all small ISP's in the Phoenix Metropolitan area have the same advantages you mentioned below. I'm currently with Impulse Data and get the same 'great' service that you get witn InterNetnow. The main reason I dropped InterNetnow was due to the way I was treated over the telephone. Before I spoke with the manager, I had already solved the issue with the credit card through thier technical support personal. I had also told them to sign me up for another 3 months. But when the manager spoke with me about their policy for billing accounts he was very arogant and upset that I was inquiring about their billing policy. When I stated 'I can't believe the way you treat your customers over the phone" he said "Only the ones that don't pay!". This is when I decided to drop InterNetnow as my ISP. I then decided to use my constitutional right to inform people about the way 'I' was treated and let them make the decison for themselves. If any buisness treated me the same way, I would do the same thing that I did with InterNetnow. I would drop them like a hot potato. I am also considering filing a complaint with the BBB. One last thing. I do have a positive attitude towards life. Just not towards InterNetnow. Good Luck with InterNetnow. I'm sure you won't have the same problems I had with them. -Kelly On 12 Jun 1997 02:49:58 GMT, "David E.
