Presumably, anyone purchasing another company would not be so stupid
as to dissolve the old one while there are still customers under
contract.  Not only would the customers not be obligated to stay, but
the former company itself would then be defaulting on its own
contractual obligations.  

Oh wait... you're posting from Indirect.    Never mind.
