To begin with, I would like to state punctually that my desire is to
find one person whom I can nurture a lifelong romance with. My ideal
love does not have to be the GODDESS TYPE, only to effuse a soft
lovliness which is so terribly hard to find anymore. Please be a person
whom measures the quality of a commitment by the vastness of the
character, and not by the lowness of the temptation of material
possessions, alas. However, if the goodness is there, so to speak,
material possession can amount, though, only as an incidental
ingredient of love. It is rather quite remarkable how few too many
people cannot realize this nowadays.

Dashing forward: I am age 35, single, caucasian, 5'11, 140 pounds,
light red hair, hazel eyes, financially secure, educated, witty, some
more...charming, gentle, kind, travel oriented, enthusiastic, and
remarkably gregarious. You might think this sounds rather
extraordinary. You, of course, are not wrong.

So, if you are of the caliber of an achiever of romance, please do drop
me a line, though, if not I can recommend [snipe!] Gary Brainen or
Brainless something like that. A limpet of a little wiseass who caters
to philistine principals and servile natures; hence, a glossy critic
with all the achievement of a popcorn 'B' movie huckster.

(Wilde2@ix.netcom.com (for the lady) :o)

(King Impotent or the *Brain 'B' Gone* can go flush his head
elsewhere!)

In a recent missive Wilde2@ix.netcom.com (Aesthete ) tells us:

Lemme tell you something, putzo: Gary Brainin is *far* more attractive
than the _pathetic_ (and I *do mean* _pathetic_) description in your
ad (and that you *need* to post an ad..well..that just begs the
question...).

Aside from being an attractive man, he has a fabulous sense of humour,
a generally all around wonderful personality, and he's hella intelligent
(the first of this list being the only thing you haven't already disproven
about yourself with your post).

No no..don't take my word for it..let's examine the evidence:

>To begin with, I would like to state punctually that my desire is to
>find one person whom I can nurture a lifelong romance with. My ideal
>love does not have to be the GODDESS TYPE, only to effuse a soft
>lovliness which is so terribly hard to find anymore. Please be a person
>whom measures the quality of a commitment by the vastness of the
>character, and not by the lowness of the temptation of material

First, get thee to a copy of the Elements of Style immediately. Then,
a good book on grammar, and figure out that who/whom thing. And...
"state punctually"? Am I the only one who wasn't *expecting* this
statement from you at this precise time...thus proving you punctual?
[Perhaps a good Webster's Unabridged to go with that Elements of Style?]

>possessions, alas. However, if the goodness is there, so to speak,
>material possession can amount, though, only as an incidental

Amount? AMOUNT? Amount to *what*? Amount to all you have to offer
someone? Don't forget a Roget's...use it to look up the synonyms for "amass".
[Hint: "amount" ain't one of them.]

Hang it up, nimrod, even a woman unsophisticated enough to not see through
the laughable attempt at the "I am a nifty 90's thenthitive guy" facade
will still be intelligent enough to recognize the extremely weak
grasp on the language, let alone the syntax thereof.
