Who started this group? Mind you I am not complaining. I am from
Baltimore and new to news groups. It was by accident that I found a
group in my home town. The abbreviation for "Baltimore," as any
Baltimorean knows, is "Balto.," not "Balt." Can we change the group name
so other Baltimoreans can find the group easily. If someone tells me
how, and there are no objections, I will do the work.

Thank You,
