More fun with the Proteon gateway to CA*net

The Proteon at SFU Harbour Centre which connects BCnet to CA*net and the
rest of the Internet failed this evening.  The same problem which affected
the router a few months ago has struck again, even though the CPU card has
been replaced.  Strange.  I am keeping a close eye on it for any signs
of reoccurrence.
