Another fun evening has just been spent restoring the configuration 
of the Proteon router which connects BCnet to CA*net and the NSFNET. 
Connectivity was lost at about 8:30, and was restored for most
organizations soon after 10.  Sorry about that.  I have made some
changes which may help to prevent this from happening in the future 
-- I sure hope it never happens again.
