Although, I am the moderator of bc.admin.announce but, that is different from
overall admining bc and van. On the other hand, there is in fact no moderator
in these three newsgroups (bc.config,bc.general,van.general) or any other bc
or van newsgroups nor will any bc/van newsgroup that already exists (excluding
b.a.a.) will ever have a moderator.
