I've found the Starbucks 17cm tall thermo-cup (the one with the button to press to open the hole in the lid) fits fine in my water-bottle cage, and keeps stuff warm for about an hour and costs about $8, and is available at all starbucks, which is about every 300 meters in Vancouver. There's one that looks the same but doesn't have a sealing lid, just a hole in the top, so beware! Paul Kowalski
