I've just issued a newgroup for bc.rcbc.  This group is to discuss applications
and issues for Research Computing B.C., the high-performance computing center
for public and private research.  This center currently contains a DECmpp 12000
(aka MasPar MP-1) massively parallel processor with 8,192 CPUs capable of 600
MFlops and a twin-vector Vax 9000-420VP capable of 125 MFlops per vp.

I hope that all sites that carry the bc. hierarchy honor the newgroup control
message.  Those sites that want direct feeds of this group can let me know and
I'll set one up.

This is my first attempt at creating a new group in the bc hierarchy; if there
is some procedure that I've missed or blown, please let me know via e-mail.
