Yes!

One very important thing.  Make sure that the agency that you rent the car
through has their insurance covered by a local company and not one 
underwritten in the Caymen Islands.  If you do get in an accident (God
forbid) you don't want the hassels of trying to get dammages out of a
company that can ignore you until hell freezes over.
