     No, but they have put more into community and preventative
health care, and many other aspects of the health care system
OTHER than doctors' bills, which you conveniently omitted to
mention.

     Funny that someone with such a burning desire to "explain
the situation in BC to Americans" shows such contempt for them
as to imagine them less likely to know who Canute was.

     I expect the real reason that you posted this was to give
your diatribe about "socialism" to whoever was likely to listen.
