hi folks!
we need a solution for billing our hosting clients monthly,
every 3rd month or yearly!
who is able to program a this with following features:
(we prefers german language!)

Flexible entry of services:
Calculation periods can be entered by 1 /3 / 6 and 12 months or also single
payments or recurring payments.Either volume or run time discounts can be
determined. Section calculations can be determined for all calculation
periods except single payments

Representation of the discounts for certain services:
Discounts are indicated in per cent (%) and can be assigned for an
individual service or several services user specific. Aselection of several
services for common discount is possible. A selection of services according
to the criteria VOLUMES or TIME PERIOD is likewise possible.

Job and calculation information in Explorer representation:
Here the current status of a calculation is represented:paid, unpaid,
printed, etc. unprinted.

Cancellation of calculation:
During incorrect rendering of invoice to a customer acalculation with few
Mausklicks can be cancelled.

Summary of calculations:
If a customer gave several services with you in job, the individual invoices
are combined and issued as one bill.

Automatic reminder creation:
Fully automatic, according to your adjustments and for customers, who missed
the set date of payment.
The calculation report can be output in ATS and EURO:
Pre-setting bar: Standard currency (ATS) or conversioncurrency (EURO). For
individual customers arbitrarily adjustable(e.g. US $).

Non-standard default:
for the value added tax height in per cent (%), for differentcurrency, for
special reminder periods, for calculations -, forcustomer and part number.
