Responsibilities:
Manage the analysis, design, bilding and support of various
application and
business flows used to support the Currency business in Tokyo.  Role
includes heavy interaction with business users and heavy liaison with
international IT counterparts in HK, NY and London, as well as
responsibility for development of Junior analyst programmers.

Requirements:
OO Design
C++, VC++, HTML, UNIX, NT
Database skills, SQL
 5+yrs of experience
