From 10:30 pm until now (12:15 am), the Web server has failed to display
our website. It is purposefully non-graphics intensive, nor do I run any
CGI scripts. "Host contacted: waiting for reply..." in Netscape.

We were having a late meeting with some potential investors, but I will
save the many comments that I could justify at this point regarding the
fact that we were "quite embarrassed" in not being able to display our
prowess in things new.

I am assuming that, because there is nothing in best.announce, and because
there has been no fix for hours, that there is a major problem. This prob-
lem must be keeping all of your engineers busy to no end.

Therefore, I wish you luck in repairing whatever has happened and learning,
once again, from the experience. Us Best users get experience about once a
day, it seems. I know I'm learning tons. I hope that something good is
coming from all of this mess.

Maybe then, I can explain to the rest of our company why we choose Best.
