Can anybody explain why this message was bounced?
"From: inwap@best.com" (inwap@shell3.ba.best.com) is local.
"To: shogun@best.com" (shogun@shell15.ba.best.com) is local.
Whatever rule is used to determine "explicit local destination" is wrong.

You have sent a message to an address without including an explicit
local destination. Because of the large volume of SPAM infesting the
internet, we no longer allow such messages to be delivered here. It
is being returned unread.

Is there some new policy that says user1@best.com is not allowed to send
e-mail to user2@best.com anymore?

Joe, confirmed, i have not recieved any mail since 12:10 am, my inbox generally has over 100 new messages when i check in the morning. I very much hope that these messages have not been permanently lost. Note below that proxy1 actually delivers it to shell15. I will bet you that this is a procmail-generated bounce from shotgun. > ----- Original message follows ----- > >From inwap@shell3.ba.best.com Mon Aug 13 13:12:22 2001 > Received: from proxy1.ba.best.com (root@proxy1.ba.best.com [206.184.139.12]) > by shell15.ba.best.com (8.9.3/8.9.2/best.sh) with ESMTP id NAA22964 > for <shotgun@shell15.ba.best.com>; Mon, 13 Aug 2001 13:11:02 -0700 (PDT) rone -- Looking for God's underpants since 1985. <rone@ennui.org>
