I would argue that I shouldn't have to. You (BEST) have prevented me from 
doing what you advertise (allowing me to access the internet). I not only 
expect, but I DEMAND a prompt response on how you will be making restitution 
to your Fremont, Hayward, Pleasanton customers!

If you think the solution to YOUR problems (not your customers) are trying to 
take your company public, with your current rating of customer service, I 
don't think your stock value will go very far.

I am normally not one to flame ANYONE, but this is costing me money!
