Unipro UGENE is a free open source multiplatform software tool for molecular biologists. Version 1.6.1 changes: * Got new aligner: KAlign algorithm is integrated * Improved Phylip package integration * Improvements in PhyTree and Alignment editors * A lot stability and bug fixes.
