The objections still hold:  the CONYERS list continues to have a small
readership (under 200) and very little traffic (see below).  Mailing lists
are the most efficient mode of distribution for small, low-volume topics.
There does not appear to be sufficient interest in CONYERS to warrant the
creation of a Usenet newsgroup.
