I would like to know what to do about a list whose owners are unresponsive
to requests regarding the list.  It has gotten to the point where ~50% of
the messages posted to the list say:
"Please unsubscribe me from this list!  I have tried using the listserver
and I have written to the owners and gotten no reply!!"

...which just wastes bandwidth and annoys the other subscribers.  If these
owners can't or won't assist subscrubers, then maybe they ought not be
list owners.
