Followup-to: lstsrv-l

First, find out if the list is setup VALIDATE=ALL (if not, the users
should be able to signoff by themselves).  If so ...

Do a RELEASE command to the LISTSERV and find out who the LISTSERV
manager is, and complained to him/her.

If no response, contact the site's Bitnet Techrep or Inforep by e-mail
the following to any Revised listserv (in order to get a nice list):
