Good point. If someone detects a  duplicate gateway, please contact me at
the e-mail  address below.  It helps  if I  can move  on it  early before
people start beating up on me.

This is  a duplicate gateway,  but strangely  I haven't been  getting any
complaints about  it. The Infonets  people are usually quick  to complain
when duplicates start showing up.  Doug, can you send me a post that is
gated through upenn.edu so I can complain to them?
