Hello all: I find this discussion of classifying landscapes using Arc/Info to be very intriguing. My impression was that Arc/Info was not appropriate for this type of analysis, and that most such work was more commonly done with ERDAS Imagine. I have a similar project coming up, and would like to know more. Should I assume you are using the GRID module of Arc/Info? Could either of you (or whomever else) provide a published reference for this? I've been 'out of circulation' for a couple of years, and fear I may have missed something! Thanks!
