I am doing a brief (but international!)                             ||
         ** research of Internet access prices **                   ||
                     for home modem users in different countries.   ||

For example, here in Slovenia (for more info on Slovenia connect to ||
http://www.ijs.si/slo.html) where I come from,  the Internet access ||
is rather expensive  feature -- at least I  think so.  The  average ||
price of PPP or SLIP access is around 30 USD (or 4000 SIT-Slovenian ||
Tolar  is  the local  currency.)  for  10  hours  per month.  Every ||
additional hour costs 5 USD.                                        ||
