I apolagise if this has nothing to do with the newsgroup. I am just attempting to reach as many people as posible. I want to avoid going to a company and surveying there because I will not get good answeres that way.

I am doing research on Quality Management Programs.

There is a lot of information on quality management, but most of it comes from the consultants or people who benifit by its use. Very little seems to come from the people who actually have to use it or be managed by it.

I am particularily interested in Quality Management Programs as applied to software production.

I need any comments from as many people as possible.
