   Do know anyone that has been paid to ride around, ask questions,
inspect
houses and take photos?
   
    If you haven't then maybe you will be asking the questions, inspecting
the properties and taking photos. 

    There are various task that you will be asked to do all of which are
very
simple but take a professional approach to handling paper work and
expediting
information in a timely manner. A typical task will be a Mortgage
Interview
which will require you to go to a property and contact the mortgagor about
a
delinquent payment on their mortgage. You are not a collector but are
their
to find out if there is a problem with income, health or marital
relations.
*You will be asked to view the premises and give a brief description of
the
physical condition and an estimated property value. In some instances you
will be asked to take a photo of the front and one side of the house. The
amount of time at the house ranges less than 5 minutes, you take a photo
and
leave. 
Next you mail the information or fax it to the Field Service Company or
the
Mortgage company.

   Sounds Simple ?        Yes!! 

   Of course you have forms to fill out and invoicing to do, but it's that
   simple.

Gettting Started:

Here are some things you must have!

1. A car or form of transportation.
2. A telephone with answering machine and access to a fax machine,
    most MailBoxes Inc.'s and some convenient stores have fax service
    available.
3. A well indexed map of the general area you are willing to cover. 
   There are several maps available; Thomas Brothers or Hagstroy maps
    are  very good. Check your book store.
4. A ball point pen with black or blue ink with a clip board.
5. A 35mm or polariod camera with plenty of film and a stapler for
stapling
   photos to inspection reports.  

Earn as much as $45.00 per inspection and as much or more than $300.00 + a
week. Which adds up to $1200.00 + a month each month part-time.
** (Some inspections you will have each month are at the same
properties)**

NOTE: Some inspectors make as much or more than $3000.00  per month.
