	My name is Brian and I am doing a senior high school research project.  I would 
appreciate any help that you can give me--please.  I would like to know how your high school 
determines class rank.  Do they use a weighted system, or do they base it on equal weight of 
courses.  At our h.s. we have two valedictorians based on a weighted system, though on a straight 
average, one student has superior grades to the other (with difficult courses).  What system would 
you/or your h.s. use to determine the top ranking student.  What is your opinion?
