Here is my problem...

I am developing Computer Based Training in Authorware 3( I know it is old,
but the project started some years ago, and it was chosen then as the
development tool)

In a previous lesson I used a really big director movie and imported it into
authorware of an animation that I needed for my lesson!

It worked OK on the delivery machines, but in this new lesson I want to use
authorware display icons, and animate them using the animate icons.

My problem is that I have to pause and restart the animations at different
points throughout the lesson, and I can't seem to be able to do it.

If anyone can give me some guidance as to how I can manipulate and control
the animation of a display icon I would appreciate it greatly!
