AICC Interface

We are considering using Authorware 5 to update our training. We need
to hook it into an existing CMI system and are planning to use the AICC
interface. The AICC documentation is pretty clear on how to generate
the PARAM.CMI file and other stuff on the CMI side. We are having
difficulty finding information on how it works on the Authorware side
based on the trial version of Authorware 5 we set up.

Questions are where does Authorware expect the PARAM.CMI file to be?
We assume we use the CMI variables and functions but are having
difficulty figuring out how they work. What are the equivalent AICC
section/keywords for these CMI variables and functions? Does anyone
have a mapping of them? What are the steps/methods to get this all
working in Authorware? A simple sample authorware file showing this
would be of great help.

TIA,
Glenn McBride
