That's the main reason Delphi made the decision to suspend my account. I
disputed having to pay $14.00 for unread listserver mail.  Instead of letting
this dispute go the normal 60 days for arbitration to determine the validity
of the dispute, they chose to suspend my account.  Since I have other means
of communicating with the OS9 world (this listserv),  I decided to let Delphi's
decision of suspending (now cancelling) my account over the $14 stand.  I hope
you fare better in your dispute.

Hope you get this straightened out, I didn't.  Too many other services to
worry about this.  Locally, I have access to a system with internet for
$49 dollars a year.
