         ACCOMMODATION PLAN "C" AVAILABLE FOR AMARC 6
         ============================================

Participants can now choose a third and more economical
accomodation option for AMARC 6. Plan "C" offers double occupancy
in a hotel and includes breakfast and lunch. As with all plans,
it is available for seven, eight or ten nights and includes
conference registration, documentation, services and social
activities. Additional nights are available at US$75.

Plan "A" offers single occupancy in the Hotel Le Meridien and
three meals a day. Plan "B" offers double occupancy in Hotel Le
Meridien and all meals

The following is the schedule for AMARC 6 and related activities.
Note that the meetings held on January 20, 21 and 22 are
optional. On January 21 and 22 there will be a regional meeting
for Africa and on January 23 there will be a meeting for women
active in community radio.

Participants should plan to arrive the day before their meeting
starts.

                * Opening of AMARC 6. Plenary at 10:00

Jan. 24-27      * AMARC 6 - panels, workshops, debates,
                consultations, exhibits, and regional meetings
                * Awarding of Solidarity Prize and dinner at
                Gore Island in the evening

January 28      * AMARC General Assembly
                * Alternate activities (workshops, local visits) for
                non-members

January 28      * AMARC General Assembly concludes
                * AMARC 6 Closing plenary in afternoon
                * Party and concert with local musicians

January 29      * Departure of participants
