community, NPR-style public, micro/pirate) as volunteers as well as
listeners and other concerned individuals and groups. The Bulletin is
circulated through the U.S., Canada, Europe and Japan.

Issue #8 contains:

by Katarina Soukup-Razga of Montreal's CKUT
- A different animal, A different keeper?
Norman McLeod reports on Britain's yellow light for community
	based micro-power stations.
- Publication Notes: Barry Rueger's new newsletter LOVE Hz voices concern
about DAB and its impact on community stations.

Erin Corday's piece on alternative radio which appeared in issue 7.
- Considering the Healthy Station Plan: D. Piszcz, Board Member and
Volunteer at WERU in Maine reports on the HSP and its impact.
