As I read both english and french..
I tried to visit both...
http://www.rsf.fr/index_UK.html
and
http://www.rsf.fr

I must say that I am very disappointed with both.

I support the work that REPORTERS SAN FRONTIERS (Reprorters Without
Borders) does...

I surf and search with my browser in text only...
to conserve bandwidth and reduce my time on-line..
just like many people in the countries with the most
repressive and anti-journalist regimes....
In text only... your site communicates nothing...
There is no "text only" option...
and the pretty images have no associated text to help
people understand what they are about....

I could not find a "no-frames" version either...

I could not even find your e-mail address on the page...
If IFEX had not given me your e-mail address I would not have been able to
send you this message directly

I am VERY surprised that a communications organization
has had someone construct a site for them that hinders
communications by forgetting the reality of the internet...
and part of that reality STILL is that there are people who
cannot afford to spend money downloading pretty graphics
and hidden information in a fancy "frame"..

Shame on you...
