Hello everybody!

I don't want to clog the conference with technical issues, but:

It is indeed because of the browser. I use Netscape 1.22 and seeing as it
does not support frames, I get a blank page too.

Use the following URL and everything will be fine:

http://www.panasia.org.sg/noframe/conferen.htm

Same goes for the whole site, and in fact if you go to the main page you
will be asked to choose between a frame and a no frame version.

I would like to thank Panasia for this possibility. Not many websites keep
"low-profile" versions of their content. It is even more difficult if you
use a text only browser.
This kind of limitation of access is particularly irritating especially if
the site is about community development, communication etc. because it is
very probable that the people who really need the info don't have the means
to visualize it. And if they can maybe they have to pay a lot for
downloading pictures, graphics etc. that are not essential to one's work.

So thumbs up to Panasia for giving this opportunity, thus showing coherence
and concern.
