economic development (with a focus on southwestern Newfoundland), please

Some of the paper covers material well-known to many of you (on the Fogo
Process, etc.), and some will probably be new (the Communication for
Survival Initiative and what I call the "Burgeo Process").  We are also
trying to develop some virtual dialogue on these issues, so feel free to
contribute comments (the site has the capability to post responses).
