However, the old mailing list was maintained outstide of the company and eventually was disabled for reasons outside of our control. In order to make sure that we could continue to maintain a listserv and an ftp server, as well as to add our own www server we got our own 56k line put in. However, since then I have had problems geting our mailing list linked to the newsgroup (this is done by outside organizaions) and our ISP has had problems finding a news feed that carries the .bit newsgroups. Our ISP has put a lot of effort into finding such a feed, but until recently has been turned down by everybody. We are hoping that we will soon have direct access to this group so that we can watch it much more closely. Until then I have been trying to catch everything from home (on my own time). I am sorry if anything slips through the cracks, but it is the best that I can do. Please, if anybody has problems they should send them to either MAC-SUPPORT@NILES.COM or PC-SUPPORT@NILES.COM. That way they will get answered as quickly as possible. However, I will continue to check in on this group as often as possiblest replys when I can. Mark Whitney MARK@NILES.COM
