Yes, I got Endnotes a few months ago, and I've been entering some material
in this area, but not too much (c. 150 entries).  Most of the material
I've input is in the Comparative Politics/IR area, with a strong bias
towards Russian politics.  I'd also be interested in exchanging databases
or sharing tips on inputting materials and formatting.  (I have an
International Security style template if that helps.)  

I haven't been keywording very strictly, so I can't help with the
terms--it seems to depend a great deal on the size and specificity of the
database (and individual quirks).
