Why not just have them enter the items using the ASCII-based REFER
format and then import the files into a single copy of EndNote Plus?
This is what we are doing with the GIS Master Bibliography Project. It
works quite well and we create entries in WordPerfect, spell check, and
then write out in ASCII format.
