Dear EndNote Plus users,
        I know that this is going to start a huge and fierce electronic
debate. At the outset, let me say that like the rest of you I am a very
satisified EndNote Plus user. However, it seems to me that further
development of EndNote has been exceedingly slow. To my mind, the last
truly significant feature enhancement that was added to EndNote was EndNote
Plus, which I believe was released in the summer of 1991! EndNote Plus
added some essential capabilities which were sorely missing in EndNote.
Admittedly the EndNote Plus module for Word 5 was released in March 1992,
but in my opinion this was more of a compatibility update than a feature
update. EndNote is a wonderful product, but it is in need of much future
development to keep it on a par with the competition, i.e. Pro-Cite.
        What do you all think?
