Dear Marc & other EndNote users,

I'm not mad, just trying not to be defensive :-).

We feel that the Plug-In Module for Word 5 is a major advance in
bibliographic formatting, and we'd love to make that single-document
formatting technology available to all word processors on all platforms...

We are designing a big new upgrade which will have more formatting and
database functions, but we don't really know when it will be released.

We have to deploy our resources as best we can.  If a word processor comes
out with a new version, we have a responsibility to our users to keep them
compatible, so we have to keep revising the formatting sections.  But we
hear what our customers are asking for, and will add these new features as
fast as possible.
