Hello Cathie, the problem is to do with the fact that Word-Perfect uses the ALT key to trigger its own macros. I'm afraid I'm not knowledgeable enough about word-perfect to be able to explain more than that, but I know that we can get round it with our bibliography manager here by specifying a different hot-key combination, eg Ctrl-Shift-e. Our bib manager is not EndNote, I'm afraid, so I don't know whether this is possible for you. Perhaps someone else on the list can tell us? Best wishes, Sarah Davnall Manchester Computing Centre, University of Manchester, England.
