Our research has shown that it's possible to write a program to convert a
single formatted bibliography to the Refer or EndLink Tag formats, if the
bibliography is sufficiently regular.

We have not yet found a way to write a generalized program to read from
_any_ formatted bibliography, and hope that future advances in Artificial
Intelligence will give us some better tools.
