EndNote Plus 1.3.2 (I think that was the latest version I used before going to
2.0) should work OK with FM4. 1.3.1 had loads of problems with MIF files, also
from FM3, stemming mainly, but not solely from having tables in your FM file.

EN+ 2.0 does also work with FM4 -- so far flawlessly
