This is a big file to be adding to users mailboxes every couple of
weeks.  Many people are overwhelmed already.  Perhaps you could just
send everyone the table of contents and directions on how to get the
entire file if they want it.

To everyone

Many postings are answers to questions but it is often hard to tell
WHAT question.  I suspect that often user's think their reply is going
only to the person who posted the question but on this list replies go
to everyone, and everyone may have seen 57 other questions since the
one you are answering.  A little context like "One way to simplify
radicals on a TI-85 is ..." would help.  (Sometimes the SUBJECT line
helps, but sometimes it does not, as when it is "A question" or "plea
for help" or other non-specific identifier.)
