I have an interview next Monday for the above position. While I have
run a student use lab for 8 years, I have no experience with Help Desk.

Can anyone suggest some questions and answers that may be asked?

What are the names of some Help Desk software packages? What exactly
do they do?

Any help will be appreciated! I would really like to get this job.
