The Network Training Materials Project at the University of Newcastle upon
Tyne is a UK nationally funded project aiming to develop at set of network
training materials for national distribution. In the first phase of the
Project, we have been looking at what is already available, and have now
produced a survey report on what we have seen, plus a catalogue of the
materials we have come accross. Both are available online from
mailbase.ac.uk.

The following are in the itti-networks directory on Mailbase:

Survey of Network Training Materials and Assessment of
   Requirements : Report
                          filename: tms-survey.txt

List of Network Training Materials
                          filename: tms-list.txt

(The plain text output from the database of network training
materials is also available in the file tms-list.db.txt, and
the fields list is in the file tms-list-fields.txt)

Also available in the same directory are a couple of other Project reports
- the Report on Phase 1 (filename: ntmp-phase1.txt), and the report on
liaison with Australian network trainers, particularly those in the
libraries sector (filename: ntmp-liaison.txt).
