I agree with all of the messages posted thus far.  The newsletter in its
entirety should not be sent to every list.  There should be brief
announcements about new etexts and perhaps instruction on how to obtain
the complete newsletter if you are interested.  I would hope Mr. Hart
would do this voluntarily as a service to the Internet community and resist
the urge, as someone already stated to use the Internet as a vanity press.
So lets not post the newsletter to NETRAIN.
